Please review these terms before booking your appointment at Regeneris Therapy. By completing a booking, you agree to the policies outlined below.
01Booking Terms
- Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a booking deposit. No appointment is guaranteed until the deposit has been successfully processed.
- All deposits are processed securely via Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Regeneris Therapy does not store your card details.
- Upon confirmation you will receive a booking reference in the format
RGN-XXXXXvia email. Keep this reference for check-in and any future correspondence. - Patients must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to complete check-in procedures.
- A valid photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver’s license) is required at check-in.
02Cancellation Policy

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
03Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled time.
- Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. Our team will work with you to find the nearest available slot.
- A maximum of 2 reschedules per booking is allowed. After the second reschedule, a new booking and deposit will be required.
04Medical Disclaimer
- All consultations at Regeneris Therapy are evaluative in nature. Booking an appointment does not constitute a guarantee of treatment or a specific medical outcome.
- Individual treatment plans are determined only after an in-person medical evaluation by one of our licensed physicians.
- Patients are required to disclose all medical conditions, current medications, and relevant medical history during the consultation. Failure to do so may affect the safety and efficacy of any recommended treatment.

- Patient data is protected under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
- For patients based in the United States, we follow HIPAA-compliant data handling practices to ensure your health information is managed with the highest standard of care.
