Our clinic sits in the Plaza y Condos building on Av. Tulum, SM 11, right between downtown Cancún and Puerto Cancún. Easy to reach by car, taxi, ride-share, or the city's R-1 / R-2 bus routes that run the length of Av. Tulum.
Regeneris Therapy operates from Local 207 inside Plaza y Condos, U.P.E., on the busy Av. Tulum corridor at SM 11, MZ 1, Lote 1. Colonia San Francisco is a quiet residential pocket just behind Av. Tulum, so once you exit the avenue you reach the plaza in under a minute. From most of Cancún the drive is short: the airport, the Hotel Zone, and downtown are all within a 15-minute window in normal traffic. International patients flying into Cancún International Airport (CUN) typically reach us in 15 minutes by private transfer. If you're already staying in the Hotel Zone, follow Bonampak or Av. Tulum straight north and you'll arrive in 12 to 15 minutes; the closest landmark we share with our patients is Puerto Cancún, which is only 3 minutes away by car. Driving from Plaza Las Américas or the cinema district takes about 8 minutes. The ADO long-distance bus terminal is roughly 10 minutes away, useful for patients arriving from Playa del Carmen, Tulum, or Mérida. Free patient parking is available on-site inside Plaza y Condos (subject to availability — please confirm with our concierge by WhatsApp before your visit). For walk-ins, the most reliable way to find us is to search "Plaza y Condos, Av. Tulum, San Francisco" in Google Maps or Waze and head to the second floor, Local 207. Our bilingual team can share live directions over WhatsApp at any point in your trip.
Free patient parking is offered inside the Plaza y Condos lot, subject to space (we recommend pinging us on WhatsApp 10 minutes before you arrive so we can reserve a spot if the plaza is busy). Uber and DiDi work reliably across Cancún and drop off at the plaza entrance on Av. Tulum. Public buses R-1, R-2, and routes labelled "Puerto Juárez / Centro" all stop within a 2-minute walk.
