04NOM-004-SSA3-2012 Compliance (Clinical Record)
Regeneris Therapy operates in compliance with NOM-004-SSA3-2012, the Mexican Official Standard that sets the scientific, technological, and administrative criteria for the creation, integration, use, handling, archival, preservation, ownership, and confidentiality of the clinical record.
In practice, this means:
- An individual clinical record is kept for every patient, covering both in-person and telemedicine consultations.
- Written informed consent is documented for every relevant procedure.
- Records are kept confidential as required by NOM-004-SSA3-2012, the LFPDPPP (data protection law), and the medical confidentiality duty.
- Records are retained for at least the minimum period set by the applicable standard.
