For US-based patients we coordinate with your travel window so you can carry your program personally on the return flight in compliance with US personal-use import rules, or schedule follow-up visits during periodic trips. We do not ship medications directly to US addresses.

No. We offer face-to-face video evaluations with the same clinical quality as an in-person visit. That said, a 3-4 day wellness-tourism visit is popular — you meet your physician in person, complete a physical exam, and pick up your medication directly from our partner compounding pharmacy.
